Struct KVmalloc

The kvmalloc kernel allocator.

KVmalloc attempts to allocate memory with Kmalloc first, but falls back to Vmalloc upon failure. This allocator is typically used when the size for the requested allocation is not known and may exceed the capabilities of Kmalloc.
