Go is not cgroup aware and by default will set GOMAXPROCS to the number
of available threads, regardless of whether it is within the allocated
quota. This behaviour causes high amount of CPU throttling and degraded
application performance.

cmd/stevents: Add command line argument for event type filtering. ( #7226 )

Add a -types flag which can be set to a comma-separated list of event
types. The contents will be included verbatim in the URL parameter
"events".
