Set 'MACOSX_BUNDLE' for GUI apps under MacOS
...
This makes it a GUI executable that can be launched from
the Finder. Not tested yet.

Attempt to link statically against Qt
...
Linking statically against Qt with CMake still doesn't work. Seems like
there is still some work to do on the Qt side. Patches from MSYS2 might
help.
