ebe6ea0c4c tests: adjust sizes for new defaults
Default metadata type is now 1.2, and we sometimes
add extra alignment before the data section,
so adjust tests for these changes.

7d5c3964cc Change default metadata from 0.90 to 1.1
1.1 is more flexible in a number of ways and is safer.
0.90 is still fully supported.
1.0 should possibly be used for RAID1 arrays that you
want to boot off, depending on your boot loader.
